Returns

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.

To start a return, please email us at Teonncopeland@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items like personal care products, final sale items, or gift cards may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or policy reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix the issue quickly at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
